Ceramic infrared top burner delivers 12,500 to 18,000 BTUs for perfect rotisserie/searing/finishing with simple touch on function. Heavy-duty 321 stainless steel Trellis Burner provides 25,000 BTUs of high-performance power. 5/16 Inch stainless steel DiamondCut Grates are lasered in-house and provide even heat distribution. High-performance variable ceramic infrared sear burners offer 25,000 BTUs each. This model is considered a special order item.
