WHAT COMES WITH A REFURBISHED APPLIANCE?

All parts and accessories required for operation are included with your Certified refurbished appliance. Additional accessories not essential to operation may vary by unit. Each refurbished appliance will also include all manuals and guides needed to operate the product, such as Use and Care Guides or Quick Start Guides. Refurbished appliances are packaged carefully in new refurbished appliance packaging.

WHAT DOES A REFURBISHED APPLIANCE MEAN?

Whirlpool certified refurbished appliances are products that were returned after initial purchase. Sometimes the product is unused; other times, the product has been lightly used. All appliances that undergo the refurbishment process are cleaned, inspected, and tested to ensure electrical and mechanical operation, as well as checked for any major cosmetic defects.

Certified Refurbished means that the product has been evaluated by our technicians, including repairs, quality testing, and cleaning, to bring it to the same performance and quality of a new appliance. This process is certified by Whirlpool Corporation, and a 1-year warranty is offered. A used product was previously owned and is often sold as-is. There is typically no guarantee the product was repaired, tested, or will function like a new appliance, and no warranty is offered

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A REFURBISHED APPLIANCE

Our technicians inspect every certified refurbished product for cosmetic defects such as scratches, blemishes, cracks, or stains. Parts with major cosmetic damage are replaced while minor cosmetic defects are repaired or minimized. If the product has any technical damage, it is identified, the defected part is replaced, and the product is tested to assure its quality and functionality. The entire product is then cleaned by hand inside and out before being carefully packaged and sent to your doorstep.
