Uniquely designed, dishwasher-safe grates give you the option of cooking on a flat or contoured wok surface

18,000-BTU griddle

The 3/8"-thick, stainless steel griddle is sloped to offer a clean cooking surface. Thermostatic control ensures even heating and cooking results.

Main oven (4.6 cu.ft., 27" wide) / companion oven (2.1 cu.ft., 12" wide)

The large, self-cleaning convection oven offers two multipass broil and bake elements for even browning, with no hot or cold spots. The companion oven is equipped with an 8-pass broil element and 4-pass bake element

Self-clean oven racks

The main oven and companion oven are equipped with heavy-duty, porcelain-coated racks which are designed to remain in the oven during the self-clean cycle for effortless cleaning. (Companion oven racks can only be self-cleaned in the main oven)
