The Forno 30″ Alta Qualita Freestanding Gas range brings professional styling and performance into your kitchen. A durable stainless-steel design has 4 sealed burners with a total output of 41,000 BTU including 1 powerful sealed dual-ring burner for boiling or searing and is able to perform simmering like melting chocolate or sauces, The continuous cast iron grates allow maximum stability of cookware and allow ease of sliding pan off a hot burner. The recessed enamel Cooking Surface cavity keeps spills and splashes contained and easy to clean. The 30” convection oven has a capacity of 4.62 cu. ft. with a combined broil and oven output of 25,500 BTU. Included are 2 oven racks and LP conversion kit. Additionally, zinc coated metal knobs with bezel rings will maintain their beauty for years.
